We look for companies of all sizes that are among the best service providers in their industries, exceed their industry’s standards for professionalism, have no lawsuits or grievances from clients against them and have a time-tested track record of success.

There is no fee to apply. However, depending on the research guide and where the research guide is published, a fee may be required to offset the publishing costs of the research guide. Fees are variable and depend on the publication. We charge fees simply because we are independent of the respective publications in which our research guides appear, and we need to charge fees to maintain that research independence. As a result, we independently purchase the page in the publication on which our research guide appears, and we ask research guide participants to help offset those publishing costs.

Goldline Research goes through an extensive screening and evaluation process before selecting any service provider to be included on one of our research guides. The service providers included on our research guides have met stringent criteria before being selected, and participation in our evaluation process and inclusion in one of our research guides is by invitation only. Being featured on a Goldline Research research guide announces that an independent third party has researched and confirmed the selected companies as a leader among its peers. Independent research is valuable in a highly competitive market. There are many opportunities to market with the research guide.

Any press releases or advertising using “The Most Dependable™” brand must be submitted to Goldline Research for review and approval. We respond quickly to all requests for ongoing marketing by the companies selected to our research guides.

Goldline Research provides a number of marketing materials to those companies that are selected to a research guide including a laminated copy of the research guide, a template press release, a template client mailer and electronic copies of the Goldline Research logo.

In our discussions with prior research guide participants, we have found that more than eighty percent of those companies that were featured on one of our research guides achieved substantial, tangible value. That return comes in the form of both new client acquisition as well as positive feedback within the existing client base.

We review each service provider annually before considering the service provider for any research guide that we are researching. However, historically, over half of the companies that have been selected to a research guide have appeared on a previous research guide. This reflects the fact that we undertake a rigorous research process to identify and select industry leading professional services firms by region, and, in most cases, those companies that have proven to be outstanding continue to excel.

Using public and private data sources, our research team contacts companies that we believe meet many of our criteria. Companies are invited to either submit an on-line application directly or call our publishing department.
